Guesthouse Pécs only can house 4 guests, in two rooms on the ground floor. There is its own bathroom with shower and toilet, a lounge with mini bar, and sufficient parking possibilities in the garage. You decide what time you want to have your breakfast, and if that will be indoors or in the garden.

The shaded garden has various terraces, where you can relax to enjoy the clean air. Chickens are picking the lawn and intensely satisfied cats seek shade in the thicket. In the orchard you will find a range of fresh and healthy fruits. Cherries, apricots, peaches, figs, pears and more are waiting to be picked and tasted.

And nevertheless this small paradise is situated only 7 car minutes of the centre of Pécs. But of course you can also travel by bus to the vivacious heart of town. Within the mediaeval town walls you’ll find a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants, but also much cultural treasures. Museums, theaters, cinemas, the cathedral, rural squares, architecture and a lot of festivals. Everything what you can expect of a regional centre.

Be surprised by the Mediterranean character of the city. The mosque converted to church, the porcelain of Szolnay, or the modern art of Vasarely. Visit a wine cellar and taste the beauty of Hungarian lifestyle. Have a drink on a terrace in the Kiraly utca, or a delicious ice-cream opposite the impressive post office. Then you will discover why the Pécsi are so proud on their city.
